Outbound Calls Error

We are setting up a Dialogic 240Sc T-1 Rev 2 on windows advanced server platform...we cannnot make outbound calls

Board passes all tests

and we get the error message ccev_dsisconnect=264 from the utility isdiag

any solutions out there?

Please tell us more about your setup.

 

What is the ISDN protocol the card is configured for?

What switch is driving this T1 line from the phone company's end?

 

Can you please post the trace from ISDIAG.
